Type ITVE-MRR rotary machine for cutting the tamper evident band and folding the inner flap of short plastic closures (type mineral water, soft drinks, dairy…)
Two versions:
- FAST with 8, 10 or 12 heads having an output from 48.000 to 72.000 pcs/hr;
- SUPER FAST with 16 or 20 heads having an output from 96.000 to 120.000 pcs/hr;
Loading and discharging stars synchronised to the main flywheel with photocell control;
External cutting blade for a fast replacement;
Possibility of processing closures with different diameters without having to replace the gears;
Discharge conveyor belt with the possibility of installing a system with vacuum to allow the integration of a quality control system (cameras not included), if required;
Box diverter for loading 2 cardboard boxes;
New compact design to reduce the footprint.
Options: second flywheel dedicated to folding the inner flap of the closure; system for pre-heating the closures; quality control system (cameras not included); ionisation system; dust aspiration system; noise abatement protections; box diverter for loading 4 cardboard boxes or automatic system with conveyor for boxes.
