Single action die tool with 4 guiding columns and 3/7 punches.

Pneumatic drawing system with variable pressure for each individual punch.

Each punch is fitted with a safety micro-switch.

The die is designed to cut and draw aluminium Pilfer proof, Stelcap and similar caps.

The die can be manufactured with 3-4-5-6-7 punches depending on the cap shell diameter and the output required.

ROTARY REDRAWING MACHINE FOR ALUMINIUM CAPS TYPE RRM6+6

Continuous rotary motion redrawing machine with 12 punches suitable for lengthening and trimming long caps ( 2nd and 3rd draw – ex. 28×38-44, 30×44-50-55-60 etc.) starting from first draw shells.

The redrawing is made by 12 dies having a pneumatic drawing system and being assembled on the same flywheel.

Six of the twelve dies perform the 2nd re-drawing operation whereas the other six the 3rd one.

A cam with double profile with constant descent puts into motion the redrawing control, which permits to make the lengthening on the best conditions. Automatic lubrication system for the cam and the gears.

he caps are discharged oriented, whereas the trims are ejected separately. Matrixes are made from sintered material and coated to assure long life.

LINING MACHINE FOR PRE-STACKED LINERS TYPE RIH

Index motion inserting machine for inserting pre-cut and pre-stacked liners in tube inside plastic or aluminium caps.

  • Height check of the punch for checking the presence / absence of the liner or double liners.
  • Tube for feeding pre-stacked liners.

  • Hot-melt gluing station and infrared sensors for checking the temperature of the glue;

QUALITY INSPECTION MACHINE TYPE MSV

Inspection machine prepared to accept up to 3 cameras (a lower camera to inspect the top print, an upper one to inspect the liner and another upper one to inspect the edge of the cap).

Tubular chassis in aluminium, base plate in steel, star with 30 stations, vacuum to hold the cap in the star’s pocket, ejection of defective caps by means of an electro-valve.

Accident prevention frame with dark panels in polycarbonate to minimise the problems connected to external lighting.
