Index motion assembling machine for special closures type Absolut Vodka and similar for assembling up to 3 plastic and aluminium components. Transfer star with intermittent movement.

The machine can be equipped with 8 to 16 stations and can perform several operations according to different requirements and the type of product to be assembled:

• injection of glue inside the aluminium cap;
• insertion of a plastic component inside the aluminium cap;
• insertion of a liner inside the plastic component;
• bending of aluminium; chamfering of aluminium onto the plastic component; control; ionisation.

The machine complies with European safety laws (CE)

Output: from 10.000 to 30.000 pcs/hr depending on the type of product to be assembled.
