Index motion inserting machine for inserting pre-cut and pre-stacked liners in tube inside plastic or aluminium caps.

• Transfer star with intermittent movement.
• Inserting station with 1 or 2 punches.
• Height check of the punch for checking the presence / absence of the liner or double liners.
• Tube for feeding pre-stacked liners.

Options:

• Hot-melt gluing station and infrared sensors for checking the temperature of the glue;
• Automatic loading system for 8/10 tubes with linear axis driven by brush less motors, photoelectric barrier for stopping the movement during the loading phase and management of the tubes’ loading sequence from operator’s panel.

Output: from 6.000 to 12.000 pcs/hr maximum depending on the number of punches and on the type of closure.
